Facility-level configuration lives in the Facility Pref List tab. Preference lists that are attached to the facility structure are scoped to that facility, so they’re organized here to control default selections and common configurations for all users within that facility. This keeps facility-specific behavior separate from patient data or documentation workflows. The Flowsheets tab is for charting and reviewing patient data in flowsheets, not for managing facility-wide preferences. The Documentation tab is for clinical notes, not for setting up these lists. A generic Preference List tab might exist in other contexts, but for items tied to the facility structure, the Facility Pref List tab is the correct home.
